D. 1909. a' special election will be held In the city of La Grande, in the County of Union and State of Oregon, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters thereof, the proposition of adopting or rejecting an act entitled: "An act to provide a revised and con solidated charter of the City of La Grande, In the County of Union, , in the State of Oregon," filed In the of fice of the City Recorder of said City on the 21st day of April, A.
