The "mercbandlm class" rate between Portland and Huntington, now $4.00 per hundred, is reduced to $3.00. A rate of $2.25 be tween Pendleton and Portland will be substituted for $3.00.' The rate to Baker City from $3.73 to $2.80; to La Grande from $3.60 to $2.25. Tha re duction applies to all points on tin O. R. & N. road.
