Court Allows Turner Olher That Long to Answer lu Demurrer. The case of Walter Nledner, re ceiver of the Farmers and Traders National Bank vs Turner OllW'r came up Monday morning In the Circuit Court for hearing on the demurrer to the complalut filed by the defen dant. The plaintiff appeared by Wm. M. Ramsey, his attorney, and the de fendant appeared in person. Mr. Oliver stated that he did not wish to argue his demurrer, as It was filed to avoid being In default. The Court overruled the demurrer. Mr. Oliver then asked to be allowed until the first day of the June term to file his answer, but, this being objected to by the counsel for the plaintiff, the Court gave him until April 15th to answer.
