Mr. Hall and Mr. Cox are ready to sign the document that means pure and unreserved water supply for the city, and It U thought that when Mr. Lowry returns from Enterprise, he, too, will affix his offi cial signature, making the contract a legal document. As to the date of commencing Jhe pipe line, nothing definite can be es tablished, as the mountainous country through which the pipe will pass, must first thaw out.
