The contract follows out Iq toto the
specification of the ordinance passed
Wednesday night. Mr. Hall and Mr.
Cox are ready to sign the document
that means pure and unreserved water
supply for the city, and It U thought
that when Mr. Lowry returns from
Enterprise, he, too, will affix his offi
cial signature, making the contract a
legal document.
As to the date of commencing Jhe
pipe line, nothing definite can be es
tablished, as the mountainous country
through which the pipe will pass, must
first thaw out. In the Interim, ma
terial will be purchased and put on
the ground, o that the entire project
can be completed In the specified time
five months from date of com

last evening was all that was promised

banquet. Here It was that wit and
humor ran rife. Among the speak

Sargent, all of thla city; and Woodson

ker City. The event was easily the
biggest social function yet held by the
local lodge since the new homo haa
been occupied.
The attendance from out of town
was large.
