According to the decree, the plaint iffs In the suit, A. C. Ruby, M. C. Metz, J. E. Mason, A. P. Miller, J. H. Edunds and Shindler & Hogan, were owners of the animals sold by Ferris, Sheldon and the Lamb Bros., to N. W. Thompson of Boise as the Idaho men had obtained possession of them by worthless notes and through fraud, the title had never passed. The decree also stipulates that N. W. Thompson was not a party to the swindle but purchased the animals believing them to be the property of the Idaho men who had so shrewdly secured their possession. Not only is Thompson absolved by the decree from all accusations of fraud in the matter, but he is to bo pal certain sums of money by various plaintiffs to cover a' portion of the expenses 10 which lie put In con nection with gathering up the horses, etc. On the other hand, Ruby, Metz, Mason, Miller, Edmunds and Shindler & Hogan are to receive from Thomp son the animals owned by them and held by Reeclver Thompson in this city until this morning. As soon as the receivership was set aside and the animals returned to their owners, arrangements were made by Mr. Thompson to take the other ani mals held in this city on to the Palo Alto stock farm at Boise, while the other owners are arranging to return with their animals to their respective-homes.
