Mlnnk-k Jury In.xvt6 Earmarks on Calve Alleged Stolen. The wheels of Justice are grinding quietly but effectively at the circuit court today. The case of John Min nlck, pharged with the larceny of a couple of heifer calves from William Ogden, Is still occupying the attention of Judge Knowles. District Attorney Ivanhoe and Attorney Leroy Lomax. and 12 Jurymen today. At 11 o'clock this morning the Jury adjourned to a back lot somewhere In the city, where the said calves were securely hitched and made a minute Inspection of the brands and earmarks. At 1 o'clock the attorneys were addressing the Jury and the case will undoubtedly go to the Jury some time this afternoon.
