Kell the following telephone message: "Somebody you know Is coming across the bay to see you." Murphy Is Exonerated. The commission this morning exon erated Engineer Murphy from all blame and released him from surveil lance. Murphy said on his return Blg gy said he was cold. He went to the cabin in the stern while Murphy re mained at the engine. On ncarlng the shore Murphy first discovered that I Blggy was missing. Discredits Sulfide Story. Mrs. Blggy, the divorced wife of the chief, declared today she believed Big gy's mind had given way under the strain of work. She said: "He la too good a Catholic to com mit suicide. He did , not drink. I think he was mentally deranged. I have heard the police boat in which he waa riding was prone to rocking. At this time the road is graded from Sweetwater to San Angelo, 73 miles, and 13 of It has been laid with steel north of San Angelo. and Is In operation.
