A. Worstell received a let ter this morning from her son, Dr. Wlllard Smith, who Is now located and practicing medicine at Phoenix, Ariz., stating that Mr. and Mrs. James Pep per, who left here a short time ago for Phoenix, had arrived. Mr. Pepper has secured employment and seems well pleased with his new home. The Pastime has an entire new change of program for tonight. The feature film is The Prince of Wales landing at Quebec, and shows the warships of all nations entering the harbor. The films "The Two Mod els" and "The Country Lad" are good comedies, as is also the film "The Troublesome Carbuncle" and "A Pair of Kids." ' The bill for tonight Is mostly com edy, and those enjoying a hearty laugh should not fail to see it. Performance begins at 7:15 sharp.' The first conceit will be given tomorrow night, hen, from a rained platform the four-pli.ee orchestra will dispense mu sic to the customers of the store. The Platform Is quite high, and provides for a bargain booth underneath the Pistrorm. The orchestration of the Symphony orchestra Is: lilln. Marble Green; clarionet, Da ld Stoddard; cornet, D.
