He' was arrested last night and gave bonds for his appearance Monday. This Is a duplication of the first lnMancewhen Brlggs was arraigned on the same charge, but was acquitted later. At that time an Injunction was granted Hill, the plaintiff, forbidding Brlggs from using certain waters for Irriga tion purposes. The Injunction was Ig nored, It Is alleged, and the contempt case followed. A few days ago, a similar Injunction was issued, and now, the plaintiff alleges, Brlggs Is again ignoring the order of the court. He was arrested In this city last eve ning. PADDOCK HETEKXIXO.
