The plaintiffs are su ing for a balance of $231.25. O. R. & N. vs. John Estlock is a e to procure a title to iota 23, 2. 3, 4 and 5. in block 12, Resistde addition to La Grande. The land is now being used for yard purposes. The Crane .& Co. vs. Erie Heating Co..1 In which the O. R. & N. Is placed a co-defendant, Is a mechanic's lien of $1500. J. D. Case vs. O. R. & N. is a pe culiar case. It has been In court on the dockets since 1905, and for some reason is' not being pushed. The plaintiff alleges that a spark from an engine belonging to the O. 'R. & N. destroyed property belonging to Mr. Casey. Catherine C. Rogers vs. O. R. & N. Ik a case where Mrs. Rogers is trying : jr"cure egress to her property, which is now enrlrcled by yard tracks.
