McDowell, government selector of federal building sites who Is now at Pocatello that he will reach here Sunday morning and proceed to make his choice of selections .for sites upon which will stand ' the federal building that Is Boon to add to the city's appearance- and up-to-dateness. Pocatello was one of the western cities that were fortunate enough to secure building appropriations at the last session of congress.
