here Sunday morning and proceed to
make his choice of selections .for sites
upon which will stand ' the federal
building that Is Boon to add to the
city's appearance- and up-to-dateness.
Pocatello was one of the western
cities that were fortunate enough to
secure building appropriations at the
last session of congress. Having now
made his selection there, he comes to

will pick a site for each Pendleton,
Eugene and Walla Walla. The agent
will alk Into a hornets' nest when
he reaches La Grande, for bids for
sites has been brisk and competitive.

the 166,000 federal building is to be
located.
