In turn, is directed to notify every owner who permits the growth of obnoxious weeds, of which the following are specified: Russian thistle, Canada thIMie, China thistle, white mustard, cockle burr. The law provides that after 10 days' notice. If the weed are not destroyed, the coun ty may enter the premiss and charge the expense against the lul, and eventually sell the same to secure the cost.
