Blge low, of Cohasset, Mass., a hearlne will be granted on the order to show cause why the Old Dominion Copper Mining & Smelting company should not be restrained from further prosecuting suits to recover Judgments rendered against Blgelow in the Massachusetts courts. The bill of complaint alleges that Blgelow and the late Leonard Lewl sohn of Now York, were the persons who acted as promoters to arrange for the purchase of a large amount of property for the Old Dominion company for prices grossly in excess of Its value, and It is claimed thnt they should be held accountahl,. the profits wrongfully received. The Massachusetts courts deeldnd against Blgelow. Harrishtirg & San Antonio Railway company, a Har rlman line, against the state of Texas, will probably be submitted this week.
