Editor Bert Huffman, of the Pen dleton East Oregonlan, returned to his home lust night after a days' visit with friends In the city. Prof. C. A. Lewis is in Wallowa looking after his bookkeeping class which he organized there som.weeks ago and which has about completed the course. Wallowa Chieftain. W, J. Furnish, the' Pendleton bank er, who was operated upon a few days ago for appendicitis, has sufficiently recovered to be removed from the hospital to his home. Grand Senior Wnrden Ed Coolidffe accompanied Grand Master Scott to Baker City this morning, and they will be guests of the Baker City Odd Fel lows tonight.
