The book Is called Ozma of Oz, and tells more about Dorothy and the scarecrow, the tin woodman, and also about some new characters, the hungry tiger, the Nome king, Tlktok, and the yellow hen. This last book of Mr. Baum's Is quite as "Ozzy" as the others, and will prove fascinating to the little folks. The brass bowl. has been on the re. tallers' shelves for some time and Is the best thing yet written by Louis Joseph Vance. It Is a good story and one finds it hard to refrain from turn Ing to the end to see "how It comes out," and were we not accustomed to having books end pleasantly, one might be tempted to not finish the story. The villain, an extremely nervy one, by the way, has the upper hand almost too often. But the brass bowl hides the diamonds from "Handsome Dan," and the Girl In Grey marries the other Handosme Dan, The Jumping Off Plnr. "Consumption had me in Its grasp; and I had almost reached the jumping off place. when I was advised to try Dr. King's New Discovery, and 1 want to say right now, it saved my life. . Improvemnt began with the first bottle, and after taking one dosen bottles I was a well and happy man again," say George Moore, of Giimesland, N. C. As a remedy for coughs and colds and healer of weak, sore lungs and for preventing pneu monia New Discovery Is supreme. 60c and 11 at the Newlln Drug Co.'s drug store. Trial bottle free.
