Many noted speakers will be heard on th subject of woman's rights. At th initial session Mrs. Charles Hen rotin will preside, and the topic will be Municipal Suffrage for Women." At the first evening meetins Mavor Dunne will welcome the visitors and President Anna Howard Shaw will deliver the annual ad dress. At the Friday afternoon svitido ium the subject will be "Industrial Con ditions for Wom.n and Children." On the way northward he will touch in at Port Royal and Charleston, S. C.
