Chattanooga, Tenn., Oct. 1 7. Members
of the Society of the Army of Cumber
land to th numbei of ten thousand held
their annual reunion her today under the
presidency of Gen. Gate P. Thurston,
president of th society. Th eighth and
seventeenth Ohio regiments paraded,
music being supplied by th Twelfth Cav
alry Band. The society formed on Broad
Street and proceeded by the band and
regiments marched from the Read House
to the auditorium where Senator Joseph
B. Foraker delivered the annual oration.
Tomorrow a visit will be mad to th
battlefield of Chickamauga and tomorrow
night there will be a great banquet.

th saloon of Qeo, Migalde, of Pacific St
near Kearney. Th bomb wa placed
under one corner of the building and the
explosion which followed, demolished th
stairway leading to th upper floor, leav

escape. The back part of the structure
was badly damaged but no on wa hurt.
