After congratulations, the euests . re tired to th. dining room, where an ex ceedingly good supper was served, with ss Bertha Pollock, sister of the bride groom, and Miss Madolon Lilly, sister of the bride, as waitresses. Mr. Pollock and his bride left amid shower, of ric. and the manv aood wish es of their friends. They will go directly to Portland accompanied by Mrs. Pollock and Miss Bertha, and will visit there while and will make an extended visit at th. coast. Mr. and Mrs. Pollock will make their future home in La Grande, and may their journey through life be a bright and help- tul one. Mr. Bach is a successful business man of Imbler, engaged in lumbering interests. 1 he bride is a daughter of La Grande, known, loved and honored by a vast circle of friends in the city and .valley. She has spent some months in Chicago in school recently but returned to make glad her friend and lover. The youne couole vill spend their honeymoon in the coast cities and on their return will be at home to their many friends at Imbler.
