SEPTEMBER 18. 1906 CURREY BROSEditor and Proprietors A UNIQUE WEDDING The marriage of Mr. John Fleshman to Miss Delia Qutridge took place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. EOutndge.on Island Avenue, Wed nesday. September 1 2. The rooms were decorated with Sweet Peas, white Astor,and Asparagus, all of which exhibited much skill in arrangement The arbor was built of Chrysanthemuns Sweet Peas and Asparagus. The dining room was decorated to correspond with the other rooms, with the addition of a beautiful trailing vine, which gave the whole decoration scheme an effect of a vineyard. All along the vine were caskets filled with fruit At four o'clock, while the wedding march was being played, the bride dressed in white and the groom in the conventional black, were ushered in, followed by the bride's maid, Mr. Lee Thompson, and the groom' best man, Mr. Lee Thompson Th nuptials wr performed by Rev. 0. H. King, of the Central church. After the pretty ceremony was ended the guests were served to a sumptuous lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Fleshman will rsid on Mr. Fleshman' fruit farm, near this city. MARRIED LEWIS TAYLOR In this city. Sun day, September 18. 1906, at the home of the bride, H. P. Lewi and Maym Taylor, Rev. E. B. Hay, pastor of th Prespyterian church officiating. The ceremony took place at twelve thirty, with only the members of th two fs.i!ic; prsicr.t. F:!!5-.vir. the rsddins th guests war invited to partake of a dainty wedding dinner. Following which the bride and groom left for the east where they will visit friends a month or so, after which they will return to this city, where they will make their future home. The groom is on of La Grande's pioneer insurance men and is universally respected and liked. The bride has for the past several years conducted th leading photograph gallery in this city and has many friends who are pleased to extend hearty congratulations. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 0. F. Coolidge of this city.
