Section 6. Said officer and insoactor before entering, upon his duties as such, shall enter into m aood and sufficient undertaking with the Citv of La Qranda conditioned for the faithful performance of all his duties, imposed upon him by the terms of this ordinance, and for the faithful performance on his part of al contracts he may enter into with the owners or occupants of orooertv for tha removal and disposition cf garbage, rub bish, and other matter described in this ordinance. Scetion 7. It shall be the dutv of such garbage officer and inspector to perform all services required of him by the pro visions of this ordinance under and by the supervision, and according to instrucaons given him by the Street Committee of said City. .
