before entering, upon his duties as such,

undertaking with the Citv of La Qranda
conditioned for the faithful performance
of all his duties, imposed upon him by
the terms of this ordinance, and for the
faithful performance on his part of al
contracts he may enter into with the
owners or occupants of orooertv for tha
removal and disposition cf garbage, rub
bish, and other matter described in this
ordinance.
Scetion 7. That if said ffarbaea officar

to perform his contracts with owners and
occupants of property for the removal

satisfaction of the Street Committee, he
shall be held, liable, upon proof thereof

ownei or occupant might be for failure
to remove and dispose of the same as

garbage officer and inspector to perform
all services required of him by the pro
visions of this ordinance under and by the
supervision, and according to instrucaons
given him by the Street Committee of
said City. .
