Miss Alma Harris who has bean teach ing in the Pendleton public schools for th past year, arrived this morning to be present with her sister Harriet who was operated upon this forenoon. An un-conflrmed report reached this city this afternoon that the Wallowa bridge had been washed out this morning Those who are enformei regarding the condition of the bridge state there ii averv reason to believe that th bridge ha been carried away as the river is very high and th bridge is in a very shaky condi tion. SERVED HIM RIGHT ' J. J. Troxall, who resides at Weston, pleaded guilty to dynamiting fish in the Umatilla river above Bingiam Springs station.
