OSTEOPATHY fOR THE EYES Alarming increase in the use of glasses upon the eyes of children, as well adults, calls for agitation among osteo pathia physicians for the purpose of mak ing known the immense value of osteopa thic treatments to reach and stimulate the optic nerve. I have known of eeveral cases where even a shock to the optic nerve has perfectly restored normal vision, and in one case I recall of very weak vision in a young woman who had worn glasses for nine years, the glasses were removed after seven treatments, and have never been required since al though more than three years have elapsed since the last treatment was (iven. Not all cases can be cured, and perhaps few will be cured in so short a time; but nearly all should be helped and a good share cured by patient persever ance in treatment for a reasonable time. The vast number of young people even children of very Under years-who are met upon the streets of large cities wear ing glasses seems to me to present a large field for osteopathic practice if the availability of our treatments for function al derangement of vision were properly understood.-Helen De Lendrecic, D. 0 MADE Stom ? ;"' DOORS 11 murphy crockery. .; ' A1IDST PLEASIU SURROUNDINGS and in the heart of the business section of the city is our restaurant located.
