In the Delta, thereby solving an Interesting puzzle on this point Prof. Petrie alto ta'.s that he has, In all probability, identified the treasure city of Ramese built by the Israelites in bondage thousands of year before the time of Christ ' The construct ion of the city is referred to In the first chapter of the book of Exodus.
