His client Is a former residsnt of Enterprise, Mr, A. E. Flower, an old soldier, an acquaintance of twenty years standing. Attorney Ivanhoe says the result is some compensation for an en forced absence from his office for over two weeks at a busy time, and adds that he never met. and never expect to meet more courteous gentlemen than he met professionally on this trip, Including, as it did, the judge on the bench, all of the Ellensburg, and several of the North Yakima and the Seattle bar. I. O. SOCIAL Bricklayer', Mason' and Plaster's International Union No. 5 gave a social last night in Redmen's Hall. Some thirty people including their families and friends of members were present. All had a most enjoyable time. Among many other enjoyable features was a fine literary programme followed by a most excellent banquet at the Sommer House It was long after midnight before any of those participating thought of returning to their homes. It was uch a pronounced success that another on will probably follow before very long. May Lose Eye Caldwell, Idaho. Dec 6. Miss Ella Lowe a High School student will pro bably lose her right eye, from the effect of a mow ball, which broke her glasses and pieces are thought to have penetrat ed the eye.
