This Industrial Commission receives the money payable under the act d deposits it with the state treasurer. Whenever a claim is ,llowed on account of death or iuch disability as entitles the claimant to receive an allowance by way of monthly Installments for a period of two years or more, it becomes the duty of the state treasurer to set apart a sum mflicient in view of the life ex. pectancy of the claimant, if the :..iin,..nta are to continue for life or for the period fixed by the act. if the allowance be lor an n w ill meet the monthly installments thereafter to fall due. Such funds so act apart are required to be invested in securi ties of the class authorized for the investment of funds by say. ings banks under the la s of thin state, thus absolutely Ruaramee inic the payment of the Install mcnts.
