CommUHion composed of three
aembers and charged with the
administration of the act. This
Industrial Commission receives
the money payable under the act
d deposits it with the state
treasurer. Whenever a claim is
,llowed on account of death or

claimant to receive an allowance
by way of monthly Installments
for a period of two years or more,
it becomes the duty of the state
treasurer to set apart a sum
mflicient in view of the life ex.
