The following statement has been handed in by the School Board of the St. Helens district for publica tion and shows everything concern ing the expenditure of the bond money voted last year for the new school building and grounds. Con siderable money was spent in the heating and sanitary plants of the building, old and new but at the present time the school building is' of the very latest and modern pat tern in every' respect.
