County Court Proceedings BE IT REMEMBERED. That a regular term of the County Court of the State of Oregon, for Cohim bta County was bejrun and held at the Court House in the City of St. - Helens, in said County and Stat on Wednesday, the 3rd day v of July. 1912, the aame being the time fixed . by law for holding a regular term of said Court, when were present; Hon. James Part, County Judge, ; . Hon. John Farr, Commissioner, Hon. W. K. Tichenor, Due proclamation being made the following proceedings were had: Journal Read, Approved and sign ed: - Matter of Petition of I. D. Wonder ly. et. al. for a County Road. On I this 3rd Aav of Julv. 1912. comes on for hearing the petition of I. Wonderly. et al. freeholders, resid Ing in the road district or districts of said proposed road, praying fo the establishment of a county road . , m 11 . aescnoea s iouqwb; Beginning at a Section corner of the common corner of sections 9. 10 15 and 16 and running thence in southeasterly direction along Beaver Creek on the most practicable route to the Hudson School House located at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 13 Township North of Range 3 west of Willam e-tte Meridan. And it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from proof filed herein that dua notice of the pendency of this proceeding has been given as by law required, that twelve of said petitioners are legal freeholders of this county, residing in the road district or districts of the proposed road, and that a good and sufficient bond has been given and filed herein It is therefore ordered by the Court that the Board of County Road Viewers meet at the Hudson School House on the 15th day of July, 1912 or on their failure to i .i . c - meet on saia aay, men wumu uve days thereafter, and proceed to view survey and locate said proposed road.
