regular term of the County Court
of the State of Oregon, for Cohim

the Court House in the City of St.
- Helens, in said County and Stat on
Wednesday, the 3rd day v of July.

the common corner of sections 9. 10
15 and 16 and running thence in
southeasterly direction along Beaver
Creek on the most practicable route
to the Hudson School House located
at the Northwest corner of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of section 13 Township
North of Range 3 west of Willam
e-tte Meridan.
And it satisfactorily appearing to
the Court from proof filed herein
that dua notice of the pendency of
this proceeding has been given as by
law required, that twelve of said
petitioners are legal freeholders of
this county, residing in the road
district or districts of the proposed
road, and that a good and sufficient
bond has been given and filed herein
It is therefore ordered by the
Court that the Board of County
Road Viewers meet at the Hudson
School House on the 15th day of
July, 1912 or on their failure to

of James JIuckle and Charles Muckle
for Cancellation of a lein against
certain real property, filed under
section 3653, L. O. L., for the year
1908; Whereas, certain notes be
longing to James Muckle and Chas.
Muckle were assessed in Columbia
County, Oregon, for the year 1008,
in the sum of $200,000.00, and a
state, county and city tax levied
thereon in the sum of $3300.00,
