B. Co., have aid over to the county Treasurer the sum of $78.:t, lieing the amount of expenm incur red in said matter, it is ordered that said plat of aaid re-location m and the name in hereby approves!. Matter of Petition on of Geo. B Conyers, et. al., For a County Road: On this 2nd day of May, 1912, comes on fer hearing the petition of Geo. B. Conyers, et. al., freehold ers, residing in the road district or districts of said proposed road, praying for the establishment of a county road, described as follows: Beginning at a staked marked C. R. said stake being situated south 760 feet from the NW corner of theSEl-2 f Sec. 12, T. 7 N. R. 5 West of the W. M. ; thence in a westerly direct ion on the most practical ground to a stake marked "A"; said stake be ing situated on the section line 728 feet south from the 1-4 post be tween sections 11 ami 12 in T 7 N R 5 west of the Will. Mer; thence in a northwesterly direction on the most practical ground to a stake marked "B" aaid stake being situa ted north 329 feet and west 13C1 feet from the 1-4 post between sec tions 11 and 12, T 7 N R 5 west of the W M. ; thence in a northwester ly direction on the most practical ground to a stake marked D" said stake being situated in the County Road leading from CUtakanie to Marshland S 2 deg. 15' east 1217 feet and S 87 deg. 45' west 297 feet from the 1-4 post between sections 2 and 1 1 T 7 N R 6 west of the Will. Mer. and the terminal point of said proposed County Road. And it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from proof filed herein, that due notice of the pendency of this proceeding ha been given as by law required, that twelve of said petitioners are legal freehold ers of this county, residing in the road district or districts of the pro posed road, and that a pood and sufficient bond has bci.n given and filed herein; It is therefore ordered by the Court that the Board of County Road Viewers meet at the begin- M. Corll $1000.00.
