Finckney road On this day this matter coming on for hearing upon the second read ing of the report of viewers, which re port was publicly read upon two dif ferent days of this term of court, said viewers reporting no damages to the lands crossed by this road, and no re monstrance or claims for damage, be ing filed, and the court being satisfied that said road would be of public util ity, it is therefore ordered by the court tliat said report, survey, profile and plat be recorded in suitable hooks kept for that purpose, and from thenceforth said road shull be a public highway, and it is further ordered that the Road Supervisor in whose district said road is located shall open the same for pub lic travel.
