It consists of the tettimony of Koy Muloue, who in now in the Portland jail on a charge of murder, and alio the tuteuieiit of a Mri, Richmond of Ku gene, McAutlior and Jack Lewi., who in supposed to have been hi. partner in the alleged crime, are .aid to have brugued of committing a murder when they met Mr.. Richmond at a hotel in Junction City, where .be wa. day cook and McAutlior night cook.
