road not exceeding sixty feet wide
or a gateway not more than thirty
feet In width, from the farm of the
petitioner, Everding and Farrell, de
scribed as Lot 11 ln Section 20, and
Lots 1, 3, 4, 6, 6 and 7 in Section
21, all in Township 3 North, Range
1 West of the Willamette Meridian,
in Columbia County, Oregon, to the
nearest point practicable at a steam
boat landing and to assess the dam
ages to be sustained thereby, which
said report was publicly read on two
different and successive days of the
present term of this Court; and the
Estate of Cuthbert Stump, deceased,
and Mamie A. Stcelman and Pauline
Saxton having appeared through
their attorneys, Messrs. L. H. Mc
Carthy and W. B. Dillard, and filed
written objections to any order of
Court confirming the report of the
viewers ln the said matter, and said
report and the objections having
