The freshman dou bles team of Alexandra Napier and Shanelle Kaneshiro was the only Oregon representatives to survive on Friday and continue to plav on Saturday after four singles players and another doubles team were eliminated from the tournament on Friday Newcomers Napier and Kaneshiro defeated a team troin cal t'oiy Nan Luts umspo n-4. 7-fi on Friday to advance to the swuml round on Satur day. As the only Oregon team remaining, Napier and Kamtshiro lost in straight sets B-2, 6-2 to Stanford’s team.
