Drums honor dead, bring Japanese culture to life ■ EVENT drumming festival is designed to promote unity f ast-Wes! Geoff Rankin, stated in the report that he had heard a loud noise in the alleyway and looked out of his svindow, where he observed two men One wan holding a CD player and TV in lus hands and the other was holding a receiver Rankin then yelled. I dfd not steal I wanted to make it right I was not in any of the rooms to steal " The officer mentioned to Dichter that Rankin had identi fied him as one of the two men carrying Woodke’s equipment m the alleyway Dichter then stated, "I grabbed the equipment to take it hack So when lie yelled from the window I left " Dichter was asked by the offi t or w hy lie came hat k to the fra ternity house Dichter told the offit or that he and Potter had come bat k "to make sure every thing was made right" Potter stated “Donavan and me wore just screwing around." The officer then asked Potter whose idea it was to take the property Potter stated it was mutual. The officer then asked Potter if tlie incident was some sort ol prank or joke Potter stated. "It was a frot prank; do you under stand what I mean?" Potter was then asked by the officer if he had find permission to he in Woodke's room. According to polite.
