men, whom he identified as
Dichter and Potter, at Alder
Street and advised them that the

the scene that he wished to

Dichter was asked by the offi

Potter stated “Donavan and
me wore just screwing around."
The officer then asked Potter
whose idea it was to take the
property Potter stated it was
mutual.

prank or joke Potter stated. "It
was a frot prank; do you under
stand what I mean?" Potter was
then asked by the officer if he

placed under arrest for first
degree burglary Both subjects
were transported and lodged at
the l.ane County Jail, hut later
released on bail.
