The van is to let used ns a last resort for University students who need a ride home from a licensed drinking establishment The van will operate from 0 j> in til l a m on 1 r:■ t.»s .on! Saturday nights for the rest of the term The van will pn k stu dents up at liars and deliver them to their doorsteps within a 10 mile radius of i ampus Hides are »vliable to both men and women Students must present a valid University identification card to use the service "We don’t encourage extes sive drinking and we really want to encourage responsibili ty.” said Hill Washburn, props ! coordinator of the designated driver program.
