Students must present a current certificate of registration and a plastic identification card with picture; facul ty/staff must present their plastic identification card with pic ture and current validation sticker. There is a 15 cent service charge per check Make checks payable to the Erb Memorial Union and include Eugene address and phone number (or department and ex tension for faculty/staff) on the check. The limit on checks is $10.00 unless otherwise posted ' When writing checks, double-check your bank balance Make sure what you think will be a "good check" doesn't turn out to be a “bad check” If your check is returned, there is a service charge of $7.50. This is in addition to any service charge charged by your bank. I "Every time they (Oregon) play us it’s a tough game," Washington quarterback Hugh IMillensaid. "We just wanted to win today any way we could. Then get on the bus and leave." I Huskies' Coach Don James met the press corps at the steps leading up to his squad’s I locker-room, and tried to wipe a, "whew, thank God it’s over,” look off his face. "We always expect the Ducks to* do that (give the Huskies a scare) every time we play them. They have confidence and this is a big rivalry,” James said. "I’m happy with the win. This is a tough place to play." Rivalry. That's the key word, it sounded like a friendly fued when James said the word. But, when Washington safety Tony Zackery said.
