He will offer guidelines for improving layout, copy, coverage and overall special effects of yearbooks Among the 60 workshops will be sessions on all aspects of yearbook, newspaper and pho tography production Weaver speaks today Congressman Jim Weaver will speak on "Public Par ticipation in Regional Energy Planning" today as part of the Northwest Regional Energy Symposium.
