Scoles recieved the St. Thomas More Award from the San Antonio school for “out standing contributions to legal education and the profession of law as a nationally recognized teacher, scholar, author, dean and president of the Association of American Law Schools.” During his 35-year career, Scoles taught at Northeastern University, the University of Florida, the University of Illinois, joining the University faculty in 1965. briefs NOTICES Sign up for recruitment interviews will begin Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Room 246 Susan Campbell Hall.
