S. to keep its ambassador at home TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran has asked the United States to delay sending its new ambas sador to Tehran, declaring a Senate resolution condemning executions by Islamic firing squads represented a “clear interference” in Iranian affairs, the official Pars news agency reported Sunday night "The Iranian Foreign Ministry has asked the new U S.
