General Hospital after his car and a truck collided Friday night on I Interstate 5 about 10 miles south of Albany The accident occurred about 11 45 p.m Friday in the northbound| lane of 1-5 Leite's car struck the back of a trailer being towed by truck I driver Donald Frank Bower, 49, of Portland according to police.| Bower was not injured Leite was treated for facial lacerations and various cuts: bruises and was bong held overnight for observation.
