The theme of the meeting was set by a five-page guideline sheet distributed to the senators at their last meeting. Ed Fadeley, D-Eugene, says he will put his money behind his beliefs by offering a $500 re ward for information in connec tion with the sabotage of the Naval Reserve Center in Eu gene. Fadeley, who is the Democrat ic candidate for Congress from the Fourth District, said his re ward offer should be matched by $500 from the Naval Re serve Division, $200 from the Marine Reserve, $200 from the Naval Construction Battalion Seabees and $100 from the Na val Reserve Officer's School.
