Educational TV Seminar Tonic A special seminar in education al television is taking place at the University through Wednesday. Participants will be the train res who are enrolled in the inter institutional Institute for Educa lional Media Specialists being held this summer ut Oregon State University. The institute is financed by u grant from the U.S. Office of Edu cation. The seminar will provide an opportunity for trainees to plan educational television productions in the University’s television stu dios. They will be divid<>d into three teams to plan, rehearse, and tape the productions. On the final day of the sem inar, the results of their efforts Castell to Discuss 'Teacher's World' Alburey Castell, professor of philosophy at Wooster College, Ohio, will speak on "The Tea cher’s World” at 7:30 p m. today in room 123 Science. The lecture, first in a series of three by Castell on "Philoso phy and the Teacher’s World," initiates a distinguished lectur ers in education series at the University this summer.
