The feature of the exhibition will be a clothesline hung outside the Erb Memorial Student Union, weather permitting, for the dis play of the student work Other objects d’ art will be shown in the Taylor Lounge and other rooms of the SU. Many of the items in the exhi bit will bo for sale according to Creative Arts Chairman Jeri Lynn Corey. The Clothesline Ex hibition is held annually in con junction with Junior Weekend and Mothers’ Weekend AAS, Angel Flight To Honor Mother The University Chapter of the Arnold Air Society, in conjunc tion with its girls’ auxiliary, the Angel Flight, will present a bou quet of red roses to the Mom who travels the greatest distance to attend Mothers’ Weekend The presentation will be made during the Mothers’ Luncheon on the Old Campus, Saturday, May 11. Making the presentation will he Linda Olsen, Honorary Little Colonel, Air Force ROTC, and Cadet Captain Duane Anderson, Squadron Executive Officer, Ar nold Air Society. To be eligible, mothers will be asked to indicate the point from which they began their journey, when they register on Friday. Registration cards will then be compared, and the mom who is found to have traveled the fur-1 thest will be awarded the roses. Push-Cart Races Earn $150 Profit The University’s first push-cart relay races realized a $150 profit, according to Carl Finwall, relay , director. Proceeds from the event will go to Pearl Buck School for retarded children. Expenses for the event includ ed publicity, trophies, and a fee for removing two posts to open a street for the race.
