Following the worship service will be a ‘Singspiration' for all young people at the home of Mrs. I-ettl Harding. Transporta tion will leave the church at Broadway and High St. at 0 p.m. Christian House Christian House will celebrate Friday the 13th with a "Lucky Party" after the basketball game. Jim Wear is in charge of the rec reation. Sunday evening at 5:30 pm the delegates to the Ecumenical Students Conference will speak on their trip. The Conference was held during the Christmas holi days and those1 attending were Doris Allen, Jim Oglesby, Jim Wear, Waiter York, ami Roger Weaver. The i egular Sunday morning Donut Hour will be at 9:15 a m. With Barbara Cook in charge Two Bible classes at 9:45 a m. are led by Victor P. Morris, who will present the Gospel of John, and Clarence H. Elliott who wiil lead the discussion and Book of Acts. Cars will pick up students at the east entrances of Carson ami Hendricks Hall at 9:30 a.m. Choir rehearsal will be Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. under the leadership of Duane Mills. The executive council will meet at 9 p.m. Monday. Weekly house devotions will be at 10 p.m. Thursday. Baha'i The Eugene Baha'i group an nounces their public observance of World Religion clay at The Jlub, 1458 Alder St., on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. The group will present a forum meet ing entitled "The Unity in Re ligions.” Sherman Rosenberg, chemistry major, will be one of the speakers. Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Rosenberg will have an informal fireside at their home, 853 Vi E. 13 Ave. Mr. and Mrs. Wilber Nichols will conduct a fireside at their home, 2219 City View rtoad at 7:30 on Thurs day evening. Gordon and Joan Jackson will have a fireside at their home, 1458 Alder St. on Saturday at 8 p.m. The firesides are being held for anyone interested in learning more about the Baha’i World Faith. Canterbury Club Episcopal students will meet Sunday evening at 6 p.m. in St. Mary's Episcopal church. There will be a short evening prayer service followed by refreshments. Sunday evening speaker will be F. E. Dart who is a member of the Friends church and associate professor of physics. Westminster Foundation Saturday, Jan. 14, a day re treat will bo hold at Westmin ster Houae. The retreat, from 9 a.m, to r> p.m., ia a planning ses aion to discuss the purposes, structure, and program of the Westminster Student association and to make further plana for the remainder of the year. Mem bers may attend for the entire day or come for any part of the program at their own con venience, Those attending are re quested to bring a sack lunch. Sunday morning coffee and rolls will be served at 9 a.m., with worship following at 9:30 a.m. The discussion group whieh has been discussing the topic ‘The Religions of the World’ will dis cuss Buddhism this Sunday. Vespers will be held after supper with the fireside at 7 p.m. under the leadership of Marten Ooster kamp. Delegates to the Ecumen ical Student conference in Athens, Ohio, will discuss their trip, which was during the Christmas sea son. A potluek supper will not he held this Wednesday however, discussion groups will meet at fi:30 p.m. One of the groups will he under the leadership of J. Stanley Barlow, and will dis cuss the Thought of Paul Tillich Dr. Barlow is the Presbyterian University pastor. Refreshments will be served at the end of the meeting. Lutheran Student Center H. O.
