Earl Warren of California has told a New Jersey audience that ten out of eleven western states have gone to republican ad ministrations and no one has been let down. The governor also said in the same speech that the same Demo crats who wanted Eisenhower to head their 1948 ticket now belittle him as "a man on horseback."
